AI Invoice Extraction & Query Agent with Postgres

This n8n workflow automates invoice bookkeeping from start to finish. Whenever a new invoice image lands in a Google Drive folder, it's automatically downloaded and read using OpenAI's vision capability, with an AI agent extracting the invoice header and line-item details before saving them into a structured Postgres database. A separate webhook-triggered chat agent then lets users ask natural-language questions about stored invoices, querying the database and remembering conversation context across turns.
