Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
SELLER: Krepy Online Studio - Aslı Geldeç (operating under the DMIM Automation brand via dynamic.dmimautomation.com). BUYER: The individual or legal entity purchasing a digital product (n8n automation template) from the site.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the digital n8n automation template (workflow JSON file and, where applicable, setup documentation) purchased by the BUYER through the site.
3. Price and Payment
The product price is listed on the site in USD, and payment is collected via credit/debit card through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered electronically (as a download link/file) immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after delivery for instantly-delivered digital products. For exceptional cases (corrupted/faulty files), see our Refund Policy.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (within monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade) and the Consumer Courts of Gaziantep, Türkiye.
