This automation checks your low-stock list daily, matches each item to its supplier and current price from your supplier price list, generates a ready-to-send purchase order, and emails it to the supplier automatically — so restocking starts the same day stock runs low, not whenever someone gets around to it.

Setup

Point the schedule trigger's low-stock check at your inventory source (adjust the Google Sheets node to read your 'Supplier Price List' sheet, which should map SKUs to supplier name, contact email, and cost). Customize the Set node's PO template with your company details, then connect a Gmail credential to send the generated PO to the matched supplier's email address.

Credentials & APIs needed

Google Sheets OAuth2 credential (for the supplier price list and low-stock source), and a Gmail/SMTP credential for emailing purchase orders to suppliers.
